我是个年轻人，我去年时包皮内只能露一部分 后来我天天上完厕所故意把皮往多外翻一点点，现在我的龟头已经能完美露出了。这也可能是身体发育的变化，楼主20岁了没有？

我起初也是看到同学们都能翻出来（初中时傻的很，几个人挤在厕所洗澡），而自己不行，怀疑自己有问题，后来发现多尝试小心地翻几次，渐渐就能露出来了。可能这是一个过程，但割包皮实在不好，痛不说，还不正常了
