自慰和用飞机杯其实没有多大的区别。自慰是靠手模拟女性阴道环境，完成模拟性交动作。用飞机杯是在形状上更加贴近女性阴道环境。甚至有更加高级的震动和收缩功能。对阴茎的刺激更加强烈一些。
我认为适度的手淫不但无害，甚至有利于健康。正常男性、青年男性，一周一次手淫，是不会对身体造成任何危害的。但是频繁手淫可能会有危害
