我也是只吃希爱力双效，40+60的半个刚刚好，提前吃药时间把握好，战斗力提升3成以上，上次一次断断续续玩了两个小时没射，后来让妹纸用油打飞机不停都能坚持15分钟以上。

主要是副作用几乎没遇到过。而且我身体素质本来就不行，175才50kg。就是干时间长第二天腰空的难受，这应该是长期不锻炼造成的
